Qualification & Experience:

• Chemist, Chemical Engineer or allied field; Industrial Engineer for process & product inspection.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in same capacity.
• Experience in reporting/record keeping.
• Can communicate effectively (written/oral).

Job Role Involves:

To perform specific Quality Control functions pertaining to inspection & testing of incoming materials, in-process goods, finished goods and relevant processes which relate to rendering quality dispositions on such material or products.

Responsibilities:

• Familiarize with ISO system’s Work Instructions pertaining to QC inspection/laboratory tests/ instrument calibration procedures and methods.
• Responsible for the correct implementation of inspection and test procedures and maintenance of prescribed records.
• Assist in the supervision, training of staff that may be assigned to work as a junior/assistant.
• Coordinate with other sections/personnel relevant to the implementation of assigned tasks and responsibilities.
• Responsible for the safety, maintenance of good housekeeping, organization, up keep of equipment and facilities related to the performance of assigned tasks.
• Cooperate with/contribute to the development and improvement of existing and new procedures and methods which will lead to the enhancement of the factory’s efficiency and performance.
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
