Qualification & Experience:


•Minimum 6-8 years of relevant experience .
•Expert in IQ/OQ/PQ.
•Expertise with all manufacturing processes in area of specialty.
•Extensive experience in tooling design, qualification, and troubleshooting.
•In depth plastic injection moulding experience .
•Ability to run a servo based plastic moulding machine.
•Understanding of PPAP requirements for plastic parts.
•Adhere to safety policy procedures.

Job Role Involves:

Aresponsible for designing and developing materials and other goods made with plastics. Creates specifications, establishes manufacturing control plans, and designs pieces and parts.

Responsibilities:


• Provide Technical advice related to plastic component material selection and part design to achieve required cost, performance, and quality requirements.
• Estimate component and tooling costs for capital and product cost planning.
• Provide component design support interacting directly with product designers and suppliers.
• Perform Design for Manufacturability (DFM) analysis on proposed component designs.
• Participate in supplier selection and development activities.
• Manage component tooling build and qualification with suppliers.
